WisDOT hosted two public hearings in December 2022. The public hearings had both an open house and a public testimony portion. The public was invited to view project information, talk with project staff, testify before a panel, testify privately, and/or submit written input on the preferred alternative for the corridor. Formal testimony to the panel began after an opening presentation. The same information was presented on both nights.
